Happy Hour is the third album from Americana singer-songwriter Mark Brown and his band, UNCLE BUCKLE. Inspired by Johnny Cash and Tom Waits, Mark writes very individual songs in the country genre which sound very jolly until you dig a bit deeper to where the Waitsian darkness lies. 'Happy Hour' is anything but and is really where the gloves come off.
